Part-Time Digital Project Manager for Nonprofit Website Redesign Outburst Web, LLC is assembling a small team for a nonprofit WordPress website redesign expected to run from approximately October 2026 through spring 2027. This engagement is contingent upon our firm being awarded the project. We are looking for a friendly, organized, U.S.-based digital project manager who can serve as a reliable daytime point of contact for the client. The primary responsibility will be attending virtual meetings, gathering requirements, documenting decisions, tracking approvals, and communicating clear summaries and action items to the principal and project team. The principal will remain responsible for technical direction, scope, pricing, and final decisions. You would not be expected to make contractual, pricing, or technical commitments without approval. Responsibilities may include: • Attend scheduled client meetings during normal U.S. business hours • Facilitate focused discussions and gather requirements • Prepare concise meeting notes, decisions, risks, and action items • Communicate updates asynchronously so the principal can review them outside normal business hours • Track milestones, deliverables, feedback, and approvals • Coordinate with designers, developers, migration support, and accessibility specialists • Help keep client communication warm, clear, and professional • Provide additional coordination during discovery, design reviews, testing, migration, and launch Expected workload is generally 2 to 4 hours per week, with additional time during major project milestones. Meetings should be kept purposeful and lightweight whenever possible. Preferred qualifications: • U.S.-based with reliable daytime availability • Experience managing WordPress or website redesign projects • Strong client communication and requirements-gathering skills • Experience working with nonprofits, agencies, or mission-driven organizations • Ability to translate client discussions into clear written instructions • Comfortable working with a small principal-led firm and contract specialists • Familiarity with content migration, accessibility, UX, or digital marketing is helpful Please include: • Relevant website or digital-project experience • Your daytime availability and time zone • Your hourly rate • An example of how you document and communicate meeting outcomes • Whether you would be comfortable being identified as a proposed subcontractor in our RFP response, contingent upon award We are looking for someone personable, dependable, and capable of representing our firm professionally while keeping communication efficient.
