Part-Time Marketing Project Manager – Healthcare/Life Sciences Agency

jscTEK is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support our growing client portfolio. This is a remote, part-time contract role for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple marketing projects from request through completion. Hours: Approximately 10 - 20 hours/week Rate: $50–$75/hour, based on experience Location: U.S.-based, remote Accounts: Approximately 3–5 clients What You’ll Do Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients Gather client requests, clarify needs, and translate them into clear project requirements Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups across 3–5 accounts Coordinate projects with graphic designers, developers, writers, and other resources Create and manage website support tickets and communicate updates back to clients Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client expectations Help keep projects moving, identify potential delays, and ensure deadlines are met Maintain organized project documentation and status updates What We’re Looking For 3+ years of marketing project management or agency account/project management experience Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, creative development, and marketing communications Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities independently Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare agency experience is strongly preferred Must be based in the United States
