Description I’m looking for a reliable part-time graphic designer for a long-term monthly retainer. This role focuses on on-demand social media designs for multiple digital accounts owned by the same person. Requests may vary by day depending on content needs. This is not client work and there is no client communication. ================================== Nature of the Work 1) Social media post designs (quotes, text-based posts, simple visuals, light carousels) Work is requested as needed, not by fixed deliverables Some days may include multiple requests, other days none This flexible pattern is part of the role There is no fixed number of designs, but expectations remain reasonable and consistent over time. 2) Logos (Occasional Only) Logo work is rare All logos must be 100% original ❌ No templates ❌ No stock logos ❌ No downloading or modifying logos from Google ✅ Vector-based work required (Adobe Illustrator preferred) If you do not create original logos from scratch, this role is not suitable. ================================== Language Requirements Ability to read Arabic Understanding of Arabic typography and layout Applicants must provide at least one Arabic design sample Copy-paste Arabic text or poor font handling is not acceptable. ================================== Availability & Discipline Basic daily availability is required Most requests are expected to be delivered same day or next day Consistency and reliability are more important than speed or creativity If you expect frequent personal interruptions, this role may not be a good fit. ================================== Tools Social media designs: Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva Logos: Adobe Illustrator preferred ================================== Budget $50 USD per month Monthly retainer Long-term collaboration Paid trial period Payment and contract will be handled according to Upwork’s Terms of Service. ================================== Ideal For Part-time designers Designers seeking stability and predictable work Calm, disciplined personalities Beginners with good taste and strong commitment ================================== To Apply Please include: Portfolio At least one Arabic design sample A short confirmation that you understand this is an on-demand monthly retainer, not fixed deliverables
