Part-Time Videographer & Video Editor -- B2B Tech (San Francisco, On-Site

We're C1, an AI-native identity platform based in downtown San Francisco. We're building out a video program and looking for a part-time videographer/editor to join us on an ongoing hourly retainer basis. This is an hourly, on-site role. You'll be working out of our SF office, which has a dedicated studio space and regularly hosts executive talks, customer events, and industry guests. The opportunity here is to be embedded in a fast-moving B2B tech company and help us capture content that actually moves the needle -- thought leadership clips, product storytelling, event coverage. What you'll be doing Shooting and editing executive thought leadership clips (60-90 sec, built for LinkedIn) Capturing live events, panels, and fireside chats hosted at the office Producing short product demo and customer proof point videos Grabbing in-the-moment clips from guests, customers, and advisors when they're on-site Handling captions, export, and delivery across formats What we're looking for Based in San Francisco: this is on-site work Brings their own professional gear (camera, lighting, audio) Shoots and edits Has a B2B or tech portfolio -- we need someone who knows how to make business content look and feel polished, not just event or wedding work Comfortable with light motion graphics for titles and captions Communicates clearly and turns around work fast Experienced with best practices around video editing and AI Engagement Hourly retainer: 5-10 hours/month to start Separate day rate for event shoot days (discussed and agreed in advance) 3-month pilot with the intention to extend To apply Share your portfolio or reel, specifically any B2B or tech work.
