Part-Time Google Ads Specialist (Contract) – Medical Education Startup BEYOND PANCE is seeking a freelance Google Ads specialist to help optimize and improve performance for our PANCE/PANRE board-prep platform for Physician Assistants. We are looking for someone experienced with: - Google Search Ads - Conversion tracking - Negative keywords - Search term optimization - CTR and Quality Score improvements - Low-to-mid budget campaign optimization - Retargeting strategy - Landing page alignment This is a lean early-stage startup role focused on reducing wasted ad spend and improving conversion efficiency, not simply increasing traffic.
