Part-time Enrolled Agent / Senior Tax Preparer - Flexible, Long-Term Opportunity

We are an established US accounting and bookkeeping firm expanding our tax services. We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent or senior tax preparer for flexible, ongoing part-time work. Initially, you will prepare several individual and business returns using MyTAXPrepOffice. We also have an upcoming Form 990/990-EZ engagement, so nonprofit tax experience is especially valuable. Responsibilities include: Preparing federal and state tax returns Reviewing client documents and identifying missing information Discussing returns and tax questions over Zoom Helping us establish a reliable process for obtaining IRS transcripts Assisting with e-Services/TDS, CAF authorizations, and Forms 8821 and 2848 Experience with Forms 1040, 1120-S, 1065, and 990/990-EZ is preferred. MyTAXPrepOffice experience is helpful but not required. The workload is initially limited and flexible, with potential for a long-term relationship and expanded review responsibilities.
