I am seeking an experienced U.S. registered Patent Agent or Patent Attorney to prepare and file a U.S. non-provisional patent application for a complex AI/software invention. Project Overview The invention relates to AI infrastructure, including: AI control planes Runtime policy enforcement Pre-execution authorization Agent orchestration Distributed AI systems AI governance and execution control I have three related U.S. provisional patent applications totaling approximately 60 pages. One is the primary provisional, while the other two expand and supplement the disclosure. The goal is to synthesize these into a single, well-organized, professionally drafted U.S. non-provisional application. Scope of Work Review all three provisional applications Prepare a comprehensive U.S. non-provisional specification Draft broad independent claims and meaningful dependent claims Improve organization, terminology, and technical clarity where appropriate Ensure the specification provides strong written-description support for future claim amendments and continuation applications Prepare any required drawings.
