Performance Creative Designer (Meta Ads) – Automotive (Videos + Static Ads)

We are looking for a performance-driven creative freelancer to produce high-converting video and static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We are a fast-growing automotive group in Singapore (EVs, new & used cars, leasing), and we run daily Meta campaigns focused on lead generation (test drives, WhatsApp leads). We need someone who understands: 👉 Scroll-stopping creatives 👉 Direct response ads 👉 Fast iteration and testing 🎯 What You’ll Be Working On You will create: 1. Video Ads (VERY IMPORTANT) Short-form videos (10–30 sec) Formats: Car walkarounds POV driving clips Salesperson talking videos Offer-driven ads (price, savings, etc.) Simple UGC-style videos (not overly polished) 2. Static Image Ads High-converting Meta creatives Focus on: Price hooks Offers EV benefits Test drive CTAs Clean, bold, high-CTR layouts (NOT cluttered posters) 🧠 What We Are Looking For You MUST have: Experience creating Meta Ads creatives (not just design work) Understanding of: CTR Hook Conversion-focused creatives Ability to create multiple variations quickly Strong sense of: Copy + visual combination What stops scroll ⚠️ What We DO NOT Want Slow designers who take days for 1 creative “Aesthetic-only” designers with no performance thinking Agency-style over-polished work Generic Canva templates 📦 Deliverables Per week (initial expectation): 8–12 static creatives 5–8 video creatives Variations of hooks / formats / messaging 📊 How Success Will Be Measured CTR improvement Cost per lead (CPL) Speed of delivery Ability to iterate based on feedback 💡 Bonus If You Have Experience In: Automotive ads EV marketing Singapore market Real estate / high-ticket lead gen 🛠 Tools (Preferred but not mandatory) CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects Photoshop / Canva AI tools for creative generation 🤝 Working Style Fast-paced environment Daily/weekly feedback loops You will work closely with our marketing team We will give clear direction + examples 🧪 Test Task (IMPORTANT) To filter for quality, please include: 2–3 examples of Meta ads you’ve created (video + static) If possible, share: CTR / performance metrics (Optional but strong advantage) → Suggest 1 ad idea for an EV car in Singapore 💰 Engagement Ongoing work (not one-time) Potential to scale long-term if performance is strong 🔥 Long term We are building a high-performance marketing engine and looking for long-term partners, not just freelancers.
