Performance growth marketer - U.S.

Hello, We're looking for a performance growth marketer, either an individual or a small agency to run social media ads, Landing pages, creative and analytics. We are looking for a high-performing digital marketer to become our go to for digital execution. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can own execution across multiple areas of digital marketing. What you'll do: - Launch and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns - Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, and tracking - Build landing pages and simple websites - Create lead generation campaigns - Design marketing assets in Canva - Edit basic images and videos for ads - Manage A/B testing and campaign optimization - Report on performance and recommend improvements - Handle day-to-day marketing execution with minimal oversight You're a great fit if you: - Have proven experience scaling lead generation campaigns - Understand tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization - Can work across creative, technical, and marketing tasks - Are proactive, organized, and communicate well - Think like an owner and solve problems independently We are looking to hire someone ASAP and look forward to hearing from you.
