In-Person Social Media & Podcast Growth Consultant (Great Falls, VA)

I am looking for an experienced social media and podcast marketing consultant for a 3-4 hour in-person coaching session. I have already launched my podcast, established my social media accounts, and work with someone who creates my podcast videos and Reels. I am not looking for a content creator or social media manager. Instead, I need an expert who can optimize my existing platforms and teach me how to grow my brand, increase my audience, and market my podcast more effectively. This is a consulting and coaching engagement for someone with a proven track record of helping podcasts or personal brands grow. Scope of Work During our session, I'd like help with: Reviewing and optimizing my existing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media accounts. Ensuring my branding, messaging, bios, links, and profiles are consistent and positioned for growth. Developing a strategy to increase followers, subscribers, engagement, and podcast listeners. Creating an efficient workflow for publishing and promoting podcast content across multiple platforms. Learning best practices for posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, calls to action, and audience engagement. Understanding how to maximize the impact of the Reels and videos that are already being created for me. Developing strategies to build a recognizable personal brand and loyal community. Learning how to use Meta and YouTube advertising effectively to reach the right audience. Reviewing analytics and identifying opportunities for growth. Recommending tools and AI platforms that can simplify publishing, scheduling, and audience management. Ideal Candidate The ideal consultant will have: Demonstrated success growing podcasts, personal brands, or content creators. Deep expertise with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and current social media algorithms. Experience developing audience growth strategies and increasing engagement. Strong knowledge of podcast marketing and cross-platform promotion. Excellent coaching and communication skills with the ability to explain practical, repeatable strategies.
