Summary

I am looking to hire a virtual assistant with some experience in accounting and setting up small businesses. My business has been around for awhile, but I have some administrative tasks that need a lot of cleaning up, and some of that will involve needing a knowledge of Quickbooks and general small business tax info (sales, unemployment, etc). I need someone who is non-judgmental and comfortable being my voice at times. Preferably someone who is very confident on the phone, has no issue multi-tasking, and who can dedicate hours immediately to the job. My hourly range is strict, but I will pay at the top end of that range for the right person.
