Think PBD energy meets boots-on-the-ground authenticity; raw, direct, and built to move people. We're scaling fast and need an editor who can keep up. Fair warning: this brand can have edgy humor, if you are easily offended this is not for you. The Role: You'll edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) shot on the road — ranges, job sites, trucks, boardrooms. Raw footage in, polished post out in 24 hours. We'll give feedback. You'll iterate fast. That's the job. What We Need: 24-hour turnaround (preferably) and fast revisions when notes come back Thick skin, the humor gets dark and dry; easily offended need not apply Deep meme fluency — you know what's trending right now and why it works Strong comedic timing — you feel the cut, not just execute it Caption and hook writing — you can make someone stop scrolling with text alone Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve Proficiency in color grading What Success Looks Like: You get 25 minutes of raw range footage. Lukas is shooting, cracking jokes, drops some real advice between shots. You find the hook, build the tension, land the laugh, and deliver a tight 30–60 second Reel with captions that pop and a scroll stopping title hook in under 24 hours with several iterations coming quickly behind that initial video.
