Personal Lifestyle Brand – Social Media Manager & Content Editor

I’m looking for a long-term freelancer to help build and manage my personal Instagram account. This is not a business page or influencer account. The goal is to create a professional, authentic lifestyle profile that documents my life and grows organically over time. I want someone who can take the raw content I capture and turn it into polished, high-quality Instagram content with a consistent style and aesthetic. This is a long-term position with room to expand into other social media platforms in the future. Brand Themes My content will primarily focus on: ● Fitness ● Travel ● Food ● Lifestyle ● Friends & social activities ● Everyday experiences The overall goal is to build a clean, modern lifestyle account that feels genuine and professionally managed. My Responsibilities I will: ● Capture photos and videos throughout the week ● Upload all raw content to a shared folder ● Post Instagram Stories myself ● Reply to DMs myself ● Approve all posts before they go live Your Responsibilities Content Management ● Review all raw photos and videos ● Select the strongest content ● Organize content into a monthly content calendar ● Maintain a consistent posting schedule Photo Editing Professionally edit photos, including: ● Color correction ● Exposure adjustments ● White balance ● Cropping and composition ● Contrast and saturation ● Minor retouching when appropriate ● Consistent visual style across the account Reel Editing Create engaging Instagram Reels from raw footage by: ● Selecting the best clips ● Editing pacing and transitions ● Adding music ● Adding captions when appropriate ● Creating smooth, polished edits ● Following current Instagram best practices Social Media Management ● Write engaging captions ● Schedule and publish posts ● Maintain a cohesive Instagram aesthetic ● Recommend content ideas each week ● Suggest improvements to grow the account organically ● Provide monthly performance reports Skills I’m Looking For ● Experience managing personal brands or creator accounts ● Strong Instagram portfolio ● Excellent photo editing skills ● Strong video editing skills ● Experience creating Instagram Reels ● Good understanding of Instagram trends ● Strong visual design sense ● Excellent English writing skills ● Reliable communication ● Organized and detail-oriented Bonus if you’re experienced with: ● Adobe Lightroom ● Adobe Premiere Pro ● DaVinci Resolve ● CapCut Pro ● Canva What Success Looks Like I want an Instagram profile that: ● Looks professional ● Feels authentic ● Has a consistent visual style ● Reflects an active lifestyle ● Grows steadily with real followers ● Is something I’m proud to share with new people To Apply Please include: ● Your portfolio ● Instagram accounts you’ve managed ● Before-and-after editing examples ● Reel examples you’ve created ● Your monthly rate ● Your typical workflow ● Your availability ● Why you’d be a good fit for this project This is intended to be a long-term working relationship for someone who enjoys building personal brands and creating high-quality lifestyle content.
