Phoenix Videography - Speech Event at Conference

I'm speaking at D2L Fusion, a national learning technology conference, and need a Phoenix-based videographer to record my session. Scope: Date: Wednesday, July 8, 2026 Location: Phoenix Convention Center, 100 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ Arrive 30 minutes before the session for setup and an audio/framing check Record a live speaking session, 30 to 60 minutes Capture clean audio directly from me (lav mic preferred; ability to pull a feed from the venue AV booth is a plus) Total on-site time: roughly 1.5 to 2 hours Deliverables: Raw footage files One edited full-session video (MP4, 1080p minimum, 4K preferred): trim start/end, sync audio, color correct Delivery within 7 days The footage will be used on my professional website, YouTube, and social media, so I need presentation-quality video, not a static wide shot from the back of the room. Two angles, or one camera with intentional framing on the speaker plus slides, is ideal.
