Primary Photo Editor to Luxury Real Estate Photographer

Luxury Real Estate Photo Editor (Long-Term Partnership) We are launching a luxury real estate media company serving high-end residential agents, builders, and luxury properties in the Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee market. Our lead photographer has over 15 years of experience and is recognized as one of the area's premier real estate photographers. We are seeking a dedicated real estate photo editor for a long-term partnership beginning in January 2027. While our official launch is planned for January 2027, we are looking to identify and secure the right editor now. Selected candidates will participate in paid editing tests and trial projects prior to launch so that we can establish workflow, communication standards, and a consistent editing style before full production begins. We are not looking for a large editing company or rotating team of editors. We are looking for one person who can become familiar with our style, quality standards, and clients, and grow alongside our business. The ideal candidate: • Has extensive experience editing luxury real estate photography • Is highly detail-oriented and notices issues without being asked • Maintains consistent editing quality across projects • Is responsive and reliable • Is comfortable with Lightroom and Photoshop • Understands vertical correction, exposure blending, window pulls, color correction, sky replacements, and luxury property presentation • Is interested in a long-term working relationship rather than one-off projects • Has excellent written and spoken English Expected Production Volume: • Approximately 3–5 properties per day • Approximately 5 days per week • Typical gallery size of 75–100 final images per property • 24-hour turnaround required for most projects Compensation: Compensation will be structured on either a per-image or per-property basis and will be discussed with selected candidates. We intend to offer highly competitive compensation for the right person. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with an editor who can become an essential part of our workflow.
