Pinterest & Social Content Manager for Wedding Photographer (Squarespace + Tailwind + Scheduling)
Worldwide
Summary We’re hiring a highly detail-oriented content manager to support a wedding photographer’s online growth across Pinterest, blog publishing, and social scheduling. This role is not just about uploading content. We need someone who can take completed galleries and content assets, turn them into polished blog posts and pins, schedule social content consistently, and make thoughtful decisions that strengthen the brand overall. Pinterest is the biggest focus, but this person should also be comfortable helping keep Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content moving from our Notion workflow into scheduled posts. We are looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, visually strong, and extremely detail-oriented. If you need a lot of hand-holding, miss small details, or wait to be told every next step, this is not the right fit. What You’ll Do 1) Squarespace blog publishing --- Take completed wedding, engagement, proposal, or session galleries and publish them as Recent Work blog posts in Squarespace --- Organize photos intentionally so the gallery tells a story, feels emotional, and highlights the strongest moments --- Curate down galleries instead of dumping in every image --- Keep posts visually cohesive, polished, and aligned with the brand 2) Pinterest management --- Create and schedule pins through Tailwind or another approved scheduling tool --- Write custom pin titles and descriptions with strong keywords and clean, natural language --- Make sure pins are properly optimized for traffic, saves, and click-throughs --- Review boards, keywords, and scheduling cadence on an ongoing basis --- Flag opportunities for stronger performance instead of just posting and moving on 3) Social scheduling --- Take ready-to-post content from Notion and schedule it across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok --- Ensure posts are set up properly with correct captions, cover images, timing, and platform-specific formatting --- Keep content moving consistently without us having to chase you down 4) Workflow ownership --- Work from a clear Notion-based workflow and maintain organization across deliverables --- Communicate proactively about what is done, what is blocked, and what needs review --- Catch details before publishing rather than after What We’re Looking For + Strong Pinterest experience with an emphasis on traffic and visibility, not just posting + Experience publishing blog posts in Squarespace + Experience with Tailwind and social scheduling tools + Strong visual judgment and storytelling instincts + Ability to curate galleries with restraint and intention + Clear, responsive communication + Proactive follow-through and comfort working independently + Strong English writing skills with natural, non-AI-sounding copy + Bonus if you’ve worked with wedding photographers, creative brands, or SEO-focused blog content Important notes about how we work We care a lot about the details. For example: -- images should be curated, not overloaded -- galleries should feel emotional and story-driven -- titles and descriptions should be written intentionally, never left as file names or placeholders -- featured and social images should be chosen thoughtfully -- communication should be clear and proactive We are not looking for someone who just completes the minimum task. We want someone who notices things, makes smart recommendations, and cares about the final presentation. Time Commitment -- Ongoing support, typically a light but consistent weekly workload -- Workload may grow over time as more galleries and content are delivered To Apply Please answer all questions below in detail. Generic replies will not be considered. Core questions -- How do you decide which images make it into a blog gallery versus which images should be left out? We care a lot about emotional storytelling, pacing, and visual cohesion, not just showing every photo. -- How do you approach Pinterest for a wedding photographer if the goal is traffic and inquiries, not just impressions? -- What would you optimize first on an existing Pinterest account if the account has solid content but weak traffic? -- What tools have you personally used for social scheduling? -- How do you make sure captions, titles, descriptions, cover images, and scheduled content are fully reviewed before publishing? I’m specifically looking for your QA process. -- Please send 3 relevant examples of accounts, blogs, pins, or content systems you’ve managed that are most similar to this role. Explain what you personally did. -- Please share any measurable results you’ve helped drive through Pinterest, blog content, or social scheduling. Traffic growth, saves, outbound clicks, inquiries, page views, or similar. -- What’s one mistake you often see people make when managing Pinterest or blog galleries for photographers? Please do not apply if you need constant direction, struggle with written communication, or tend to publish quickly without carefully reviewing details first.
