# Pipedrive CRM & Automation Specialist We are an Australian SaaS company looking for a Pipedrive specialist to review and improve our existing CRM setup. We already have Pipedrive running but need help improving lead capture, follow-up automation, onboarding workflows and reporting. Tasks may include: * Reviewing our current Pipedrive setup * Improving pipeline structure * Capturing leads from website forms and signups * Tracking trial signups and onboarding * Creating follow-up workflows for imported leads * Demo booking and reminder workflows * Identifying incomplete or abandoned signups * Dashboard and reporting improvements * General CRM automation and optimisation We are looking for someone with experience in: * Pipedrive * Workflow automation * Make.com or Zapier * SaaS sales and onboarding processes This will begin as a small hourly project (approximately 10 hours) with potential for ongoing work.
