Summary

I'm looking for an architect or engineer to spec out an insulated slab design for pole barn. It will be a structure in upstate New York and I want to be sure that the slab is protected from frost heave as it will be part workshop and part ADU. I don't know if I need a PE stamp, but I'd like to have the option.
