Polymer/Chemical Engineer Needed for Resin Product Development

DRW LLC is seeking a highly skilled Chemical or Polymer Engineer to provide technical consultation for a consumer resin product, requiring an expert to develop and validate a robust bonding protocol and manufacturing roadmap for small-scale, high-quality production. Key deliverables include analyzing current material constraints to propose an optimized resin formulation for structural bonding and durability, developing a repeatable standard operating procedure (SOP) for small-scale batch casting and curing, and providing a brief technical report on material performance and long-term durability metrics. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in chemical engineering and polymer science, process design, quality control, and material testing. We value clear, proactive communication and technical rigor; due to the proprietary nature of our product, the selected candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and handle all intellectual property with the highest standard of confidentiality.
