Pool and Hardscapes Designer

**Luxury Pool & Outdoor Living Designer (Pool Design, CAD & Client Consultations) – South Carolina Preferred** Job Description We are a high-end custom pool and outdoor living company specializing in luxury residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Pool & Outdoor Living Designer who is confident meeting directly with affluent homeowners, translating their vision into exceptional designs, and collaborating with our architectural and construction teams to bring those designs to life. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and client-facing aspects of luxury design. What You'll Do * Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project goals. * Develop conceptual hand sketches during or after design consultations. * Create professional CAD drawings and design packages for presentation and construction collaboration. * Design custom pools, spas, patios, outdoor kitchens, and other luxury outdoor living spaces. * Work closely with our architectural team to refine designs and prepare construction-ready plans. * Evaluate site conditions and identify design opportunities and potential challenges. * Communicate professionally throughout the design process while providing an exceptional client experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Has * Excellent spoken and written English. * Professional presentation and communication skills with luxury clientele. * Experience designing custom residential outdoor living spaces. * Strong CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Revit or similar software). * Ability to produce both conceptual sketches and detailed CAD drawings. * Understanding of grading, drainage, setbacks, and site planning. * Strong design sense with attention to aesthetics and functionality. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience designing custom swimming pools. * Knowledge of pool construction methods and structural limitations. * Experience with landscape architecture or residential site planning. * Familiarity with permitting considerations. * Residence in **South Carolina** is strongly preferred. Nice to Have * 3D rendering experience (Pool Studio, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar). * Landscape architecture or design background. * Experience working with luxury residential projects valued at $100K+.
