Project Overview Engage a qualified analytics consultant to audit and configure PostHog event tracking, verify data integrity, and deliver a production-ready analytics dashboard suite covering user acquisition, feature adoption, revenue conversion, and error/performance monitoring. 2. Objectives Ensure PostHog is correctly instrumented across the full application Validate that captured data is accurate, complete, and meaningful Deliver dashboards that surface actionable insights for product and business stakeholders 3. Dashboard metrics Acquisition & Funnel Dashboard Traffic sources and UTM breakdown Sign-up funnel with per-step conversion rates Time-to-activation cohort analysis Drop-off identification by channel or referrer Feature Adoption & Retention Dashboard Feature usage frequency and breadth per cohort Feature flag experiment results and adoption curves 7/30/90-day retention by activation milestone Churn leading indicators Error & Performance Dashboard JS error rate by page/component
