PowerPoint Designer Needed – Recreate Presentation into Fully Editable PPT

I am looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to recreate an existing presentation into a fully editable PowerPoint format. Currently, many of the slides are built as images/screenshots, and I need the entire deck recreated so that all elements are editable directly in PowerPoint.
