Presenter for Educational Videos

Job Description We’re looking for a confident and approachable on-camera presenter to help us create short educational videos for our growing UK property and structural engineering brand. We help homeowners, buyers and property investors understand common structural issues when purchasing, owning or renovating properties. The videos will be published across: * Instagram * TikTok * YouTube Shorts * LinkedIn * Our website Examples include: * Do I need a structural report or just a site visit? * Can a structural report detect subsidence? * What’s the difference between a surveyor and a structural engineer? * Do I need a structural engineer when buying a house? 🛠 What You’ll Do For each video we will provide: * The FAQ question * The full script * Supporting notes where needed Your role will be to: * Present the script naturally on camera * Record a 45-60 second vertical video * Deliver a polished video ready for social media Editing skills are beneficial but not essential, as we can also support this ourselves. 🎥 Filming Style We’re not looking for influencer-style content. We want videos to feel approachable, authentic and educational. Some videos may be filmed: * Looking directly at the camera * Walking outdoors * In residential neighbourhoods * In a home environment * In a coffee shop or other natural settings The goal is to create content that feels human, trustworthy and easy to watch. ✅ What You DON’T Need To Do * No engineering qualifications required * No technical expertise required * No script writing * No social media management We will provide all technical information. 🔍 What We’re Looking For * Excellent spoken English * Comfortable speaking on camera * A natural and engaging presence * Experience creating short-form videos * Reliable communication Bonus if you have experience in: * Property * Real estate * Construction * Architecture * Educational content 🚀 To Apply Please send: 1.
