Private Wellness Studio Concept - Interior Designer

Overview We're designing a private wellness studio. Intimate suites where guests enjoy sauna, cold plunge, shower, and red light therapy in their own calm, beautiful private room. Premium and serene. A boutique wellness retreat, not a gym. We want a designer to grow with us across multiple stages: concept, layout, theme, and refinement. This is the start of a long relationship, and we're open to designers anywhere in the world. Where We Are Early stage. We're not after construction drawings. We want a portable concept and flexible layout: a look, a feel, and a floorplan we can adapt to our future space. Our team is building a Pinterest board to share our direction with you. The Vibe Warm, minimal, premium. Japanese wellness meets natural materials: linen, wood, stone, soft warm light, greenery. Calm, tactile, grounded. Rough Idea to Design Around • Several private suites, a few larger for couples • A welcoming lobby and reception • A small retail area • A calm lounge with seating • Guest bathrooms • A grooming / vanity space All flexible.
