We are growing our product team. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee AI enablement and software development efforts across several of our internal and client accounts. The Role As Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Chief AI Officer and own product management and execution across selected BOL client accounts. Along with client work, you will assist in the implementation of BOL’s agentic operating system, the BOL OS. You will act as the connective tissue between concept and execution, developing priorities and plans into concrete, actionable roadmaps that meet and exceed all stated requirements and ship on time. This role requires somebody precise, organized, focused, and persistent about follow-through. You will own the work of keeping multiple active projects productive across departments, holding teams to their commitments, and overseeing progression as strategy becomes high-quality, delivered work. In this role, you will have real ownership, access to senior decision-making, and a central role in determining how businesses can leverage the latest advancement in AI technology into polished, productive systems. Responsibilities: -Translating initiatives into defined project plans with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines. -Track progress across multiple active projects, following up on open items until they are complete. -Run recurring check-ins and stand-ups, documenting decisions and sharing clear status updates. -Identify risks and roadblocks early, resolve the ones within your control, and escalate the rest with a recommended solution. -Coordinate work across teams, functions, and clients, keeping handoffs documented and deadlines aligned. -Hold deliverables to agreed quality standards before release. Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with program management, product management, or similar execution-focused work -Prior experience with product design and front-end engineering with AI dev tools -The dedication and attention to detail required to see a project through from beginning to end -A bachelor’s degree (preferred) -A high school diploma (required)
