Production Project Coordinator for Creative & Digital Marketing Agency

We are a full-service marketing agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Project Coordinator to help manage creative production workflows from project kickoff through final delivery. In this part-time, hourly role, you'll coordinate project setup, track deadlines, manage workflows, and ensure creative teams have the information and resources they need to keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience in agency project coordination or traffic management and excels at juggling multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality control by verifying that completed assets meet the original project requirements before they are submitted for client approval, deployment, or print production. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a larger role as business needs expand. What You’ll Do Set up and manage projects in ClickUp, ensuring all requests include complete information, assets, and timelines before work begins. Coordinate workflows by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and keeping projects moving through each production stage. Track deadlines across multiple clients, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and stalled projects before they impact delivery. Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and provide timely project status updates. Perform quality control reviews to ensure all creative assets are accurate, complete, and meet project requirements before delivery. Prepare and organize files, documentation, and handoffs to support smooth client approvals, deployment, and print production. Maintain accurate project records in ClickUp while supporting account and production teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
