Professional Videographer Needed for 1-Hour Live Keynote Capture – San Antonio (Wed, Sept 30, 2026) Project Description: I am seeking a highly skilled, professional live-event videographer to capture a breakout keynote presentation at the MGMA Annual Conference. The event takes place at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. Scope of Work & Schedule: Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 On-Site Setup: 8:00 AM CST (Session begins sharply at 8:30 AM) Active Filming: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (60-minute presentation + brief Q&A) Technical Requirements: Video: Dual-camera setup preferred (one tight tracking shot on the speaker/stage; one wide shot locking in the room/slides). Must shoot in 4K UHD. Audio (Critical): Must capture pristine, crisp audio. You must bring an independent wireless lavalier mic system or external field recorder to capture the speaker directly. Do not rely on ambient room audio. Footprint: Must operate discreetly from the back or side of the room. The visual focus must remain entirely on the speaker and presentation slides (no identifying close-ups of audience members due to association privacy rules). Deliverables: Delivery of unedited, raw 4K master video files and high-quality audio files via a shared cloud link (Google Drive/Dropbox) within 48 hours. No post-production editing or cutting required.
