AI Project Setup and Optimization

I run a consulting company for short term rentals - we are looking at fragmented data, and have tons of KPI calculations. I am looking for someone to set up my Claude to not only correctly database all our data(need to audit current setup) but also help build a system that keeps up with constant innovation, changes and new dashboards to look at data differently. I need my Claude set up optomized and set up to run efficently. I would like someone to be able to set up all project files(get them organized and dialed in) build out skills to optimize each part of the process, set up a process that is easy to follow and to build in. If you have built dashboards and have examples that would be a plus, I am looking for a designer as well.
