Pylon Specialist for Account Setup

looking for an experienced Pylon specialist to set up and configure our Pylon account from scratch. We use Slack heavily across our team and with external partners, and we need Pylon properly configured to triage, organize, and manage the high volume of messages and support requests coming through our channels. This is a one-time setup project with potential for ongoing support depending on the quality of work. What We Need Full Pylon account setup and configuration for our team Slack integration connected and properly mapped to our existing channels Triage workflows built out so incoming messages are categorized, routed, and prioritized correctly Queue and assignment logic configured for our support team SLA or response time rules set up if applicable Basic team training or a walkthrough doc so our team can hit the ground running Clean handoff with documentation of what was built and how to manage it going forward Ideal Candidate Has set up Pylon before — ideally multiple times Deep familiarity with Slack and how Pylon integrates with it Understands support triage workflows and can make smart structural recommendations, not just click through settings Communicates clearly and proactively — we've had vendors go quiet on us and that's a dealbreaker Can move quickly — we need this live ASAP Nice to Have Experience with healthcare, wellness, or high-volume B2B support environments Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Front (so you understand the workflow context) Project Scope This is a short-term, fixed-price engagement.
