QuickBooks Expert - QuickBooks Transaction Consolidation (Engineering Firm)

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Expert to help an engineering/drafting firm clean up and consolidate QuickBooks transactions and financial records. This is a project-based accounting cleanup and organization task**, with the possibility of ongoing bookkeeping support if the work goes well. Scope of Work * Review existing QuickBooks transactions and account structure * Consolidate and properly categorize transactions * Identify duplicate, incorrectly categorized, or misclassified transactions * Reconcile bank and credit card transactions * Review income and expense categories for consistency * Properly classify business expenses, project-related expenses, transfers, payments, and deposits * Clean up historical transactions without changing legitimate financial information * Identify discrepancies or transactions that require clarification * Help establish a clean and consistent QuickBooks structure going forward * Provide a summary of significant corrections or issues identified We are looking for someone who: * Has experience cleaning up and consolidating existing QuickBooks accounts * Understands accounting principles and proper transaction categorization * Has excellent attention to detail * Can independently identify accounting inconsistencies rather than simply entering transactions * Is trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential financial information Important This is not simply a data-entry job**. We need someone who understands QuickBooks and accounting well enough to review the existing records, determine what needs to be corrected, and organize the transactions properly. Please provide: 1.
