Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our custom apparel business using QuickBooks Online. This role includes bank and credit card reconciliations, customer invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records. Because our work is project-based, experience with purchase orders, custom invoicing, and job-specific billing is a plus. We're looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working independently while proactively identifying discrepancies or opportunities for improvement. This is a long-term, part-time remote position with flexible hours.
