Real Estate Cold Caller (Part-Time) — Motivated Seller Outreach About us: H1 Enterprises is a local New Jersey real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from homeowners. We're looking for a friendly, reliable cold caller to reach out and find the sellers who are open to it. What you'll do: Call homeowners from our list using our script Ask 5 simple questions to find motivated sellers Log every call in our sheet (we show you exactly how) Flag the warm/interested leads and hand them to the owner You do NOT negotiate or close — you find the warm ones; the owner takes it from there You're a fit if you have: excellent spoken English, a warm and calm phone presence, a thick skin (some people are rude — you can't take it personally), reliability, and comfort with Google Sheets. RE cold-calling experience is a plus. Hours: 10–20 hrs/week to start (room to grow).
