Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller Needed for Expired & Terminated Listings

I am looking for a professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller to call Expired and Terminated listing leads in Southwest Florida for my team, Coastline Luxury Group, powered by Marzucco Real Estate. Your main responsibility will be to call homeowners using the scripts and objection handlers I provide, overcome common seller objections, qualify the lead, and book appointments directly on my Calendly calendar so I can speak with the seller, go over the details, and close the deal. This position is for someone who is confident on the phone, has strong English communication skills, knows how to handle rejection, and understands that the goal is not just to read a script — the goal is to have a real conversation, build trust, overcome objections, and set qualified appointments. Responsibilities: Call Expired and Terminated listing leads in Southwest Florida Use the scripts and objection handlers provided Overcome seller objections professionally Qualify motivated sellers Book appointments on my Calendly calendar Take detailed notes on every call Provide daily call reports and updates Follow up with leads when needed Requirements: Real estate cold calling experience preferred Experience calling Expired, Terminated, FSBO, or seller leads is a big plus Strong English and clear phone presence Comfortable handling objections Must be reliable, organized, and consistent Must be comfortable using Calendly Must be able to provide a voice recording or sample call My team, Coastline Luxury Group, powered by Marzucco Real Estate, has sold over $30 million this year, so you will be representing a strong and professional real estate team. Compensation will include hourly pay, and for any appointments you book that turn into a closed deal where commission is collected, I am open to giving a percentage as a performance bonus, subject to brokerage approval and compliance.
