Rebuild Website for Easier Management

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to rebuild our existing website while keeping the same layout and overall design direction. Our current website was designed traditionally by a graphic designer, but we now need to move it to a more user-friendly and affordable platform that we can manage ourselves. We would like to: Keep the same website layout and visual style Add one new section Easily edit projects, furniture/items, images, and text ourselves Add or remove furniture for sale whenever needed Keep our existing email setup through Netsons, if possible Use a lower-cost alternative to Wix, as Wix was too expensive for us After the website is rebuilt, we would also need the freelancer to teach us how to update and manage the website on the new platform. We are looking for a simple, clean, low-cost solution that is easy to maintain. Please include recommendations for the best platform, hosting costs, and any ongoing costs we should expect.
