Recipe Testing & Photography for E-Book

Coco Chateau is a premium functional brownie brand launching this summer. We need 12 recipes tested and photographed for a digital recipe e-book. We provide all 12 recipe concepts, macro targets, our brand guide, and ship you product. You bring the kitchen and the camera. Product: round 60g brownies, gluten-free, made without dairy, monk fruit sweetened, 10g fiber and 10g protein each. Flavors: Chocolate Chip and Mint. BASE SCOPE ($2,000 fixed): - Test and refine 12 provided recipe concepts to stated protein/fiber targets - Write each recipe with gram weights and volume measures - Log each in Cronometer or equivalent - Shoot 2-3 edited high-res images per recipe, plus a 4:5 crop of each hero OPTIONAL ADD-ON (quote separately): design the full 20-30 page e-book to our brand guide. PDF, editable source file, cover image, two revision rounds. Style: elevated, romantic, indulgent. Warm natural light. Premium brand, not home blog. Non-negotiables: no health claims in recipe text (exact language sheet provided), work-for-hire with full commercial rights, nothing posted on your channels before our launch. Timeline: 4-6 weeks from receiving product (5-7 with design). Upwork milestones; paid test before full award.
