Recruiter / Talent Sourcer — DTC Creative Roles

We're a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company (multiple brands) on a creative hiring spree, and we need an experienced recruiter / sourcer to find and shortlist top remote creative talent: Video Editor (short-form DTC/UGC ads) — 2 seats Graphic Designer (static ads + social, dedicated/in-house) Social Media Manager / All-round Creative (organic TikTok/IG) What you'll do: source globally (PH, LatAm, beyond) from your network; screen for real DTC/performance-creative work (portfolios of ads that ran, not mockups); hand us shortlists of 3–5 pre-screened candidates per role; coordinate a short paid test for finalists. Great fit if: you've recruited creative/marketing talent for DTC, e-commerce, or agencies and have a live pipeline.
