HR Recruiting Specialist (LinkedIn Recruiter Required)

Seeking an experienced HR Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple client organizations. This is an independent contractor opportunity for someone proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background, excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple openings while providing an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities * Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. * Conduct resume reviews and identify candidates who meet client requirements. * Perform initial candidate outreach and schedule screening interviews. * Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit. * Present qualified candidates with interview notes and recommendations. * Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines. * Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Meet recruiting timelines while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Qualifications * 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate recruiting preferred). * Active access to **LinkedIn Recruiter** is required. * Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or leadership-level roles. * Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
