Do you satisfy this requirement We are launching an ongoing, high-impact market research and platform optimization initiative. We are seeking expert Agency Recruiters, Headhunters, and Talent Acquisition Consultants with a proven track record of managing successful client pipelines to join our exclusive advisory panel. This contract initiative involves hands-on workflow evaluation, QA testing, and live candidate pipelining through our next-generation Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We are looking for sharp, active industry professionals to stress-test our platform infrastructure against real-world sourcing scenarios. Compensation & Engagement Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract (with strong potential for ongoing long-term extension) Earnings: $100.00 to $200.00+ per day (Variable/Performance-Based) Premium Tiers: Consultants currently managing high-fee agency desks, executive search portfolios, or senior/managerial technical pipelines are eligible for accelerated payout structures that scale directly with the seniority of their active book of business. Key Responsibilities Workflow Optimization: Evaluate user experience, UI navigation, and pipeline management mechanics within the new ATS, providing structured feedback. Live Beta Sourcing: Route active or passive talent segments through the platform’s tracking links to test parsing accuracy, automated intake screening, and deliverability metrics. Market Intelligence: Participate in targeted Q&A sessions to help align our platform’s feature set with the daily operational needs of top-tier modern staffing agencies. Requirements Active, independent agency recruiter, solo headhunter, or boutique staffing firm partner. Demonstrated experience managing deep candidate pipelines and executive/senior client relationships. Strong familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn) and a clear understanding of where modern recruiting software falls short. Ability to commit to an ongoing, daily tracking or testing cadence over the next 6 months.
