Recruitment Team Leader

Philippines location. I want to build an offshore Philippines Recruitment team to service clients in Ireland and the UK/US. I have too many clients and not enough candidates to service my current clients, so I would like to hire a team leader with the view to build out a team under this successful candidate. Initially the commission structure is as follows: €450 (Euros) - €750 /placement (depending on salary of placed candidate). This will amount to a minimum commission from €2,700 - €4,500/month if recruiters are placing a Min of 6 people/month. The successful candidate will be offered a retainer after month 3-4, subject to they have been able to source and place at least 5-6 candidates within that 3-4 month time period. As a team leader, you will receive an override/bonus of €150 per placement for each recruiter you hire and manage, subject to targets/KPI's being met. PLEASE NOTE, These are contingency roles initially, as soon as we have placed 5-6 candidates, there will be a monthly retainer in place for the team leader. Key factors we need to focus on when interviewing/onboarding recruiters: They need to be hungry!!! They need to have a strong level of English. They need to have at least 4-5 years' 360 recruitment/RPO experience, this is 100% essential They need to have experience sourcing and placing candidates in either Ireland/UK/USA.
