As we continue to expand our global recruitment network, we are looking for result-driven **Recruitment Sourcers** to join us on a remote collaboration basis. This role offers a clear growth path from freelance cooperation to potential full-time or regular part-time employment. - Collaboration Models We offer a structured three-phase collaboration model designed to build a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership. - Phase 1: Qualified CV-Based Collaboration At the initial stage, compensation is milestone-based. You will be paid for each qualified candidate profile that successfully leads to an interview. A qualified CV should meet the following criteria: * Match the specific role requirements provided by Arktalents. * Represent a candidate with genuine interest in the opportunity. * Include complete personal, professional, and contact information. * Be submitted with clear candidate availability, salary expectations, and motivation for considering the role. - Phase 2: Weekly Retainer Model Once a consistent track record has been established, the collaboration may transition to a prepaid weekly retainer model. Under this model, you will receive a fixed weekly retainer, and the value of each successful interview generated will be deducted from the retainer. This provides more stable and predictable earnings while maintaining performance-based incentives. - Phase 3: Employment Phase High-performing partners may be invited to join Arktalents as full-time or regular part-time team members.
