Recycling initiative logo design

I am working on designing a logo and social media branding for a university student-focused recycling program. The umbrella organization and logo are established, along with the name of the initiative. We will need to work within these constraints to build a logo and story that capture the attention of, on the one hand, campus administrators who could become institutional members, and on the other hand, students, who would be participants in their institutional chapter. I have done some brainstorming on keywords and iconography, and would like to work in collaboration with a designer to finalize a few logo options to present to the umbrella organization. I would like to have a serious conversation about the use of Artificial Intelligence for this logo design with any designer who bids on this project. My aim is to hire a creative designer with a brain, not a person who plugs my thoughts into a prompt machine, okay? I could do that myself, but I prefer to work collaboratively with a human being.
