UX/UI Redesign Project – Cars Recycling Auction Portal

APOSIRSI.GR is a digital platform connecting vehicle owners with licensed vehicle recyclers throughout Greece. Vehicle owners submit their vehicle information through our website and participating recyclers submit offers for vehicle collection and recycling. We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to redesign our Recycler Portal and improve the overall user experience, efficiency, and engagement of our recycler network. The portal is already operational. We are not looking for a complete rebuild. We want to improve workflows, usability, navigation, and visual design while preserving existing business logic where possible. Main Objective The primary goal is to make the recycler portal faster, simpler, and more efficient for professional users. The redesign should reduce friction, improve engagement, and increase participation in the bidding process.
