Summary
I need a state approved registered dietitian to approve my menu's.. These are mainly for assisted living facilities. I actually attach menus. I just need them approved by a licensed dietitian -- some call it a registered dietitian menus included. Lunch as the main menu. These are approved by a dietician in California and Texas already. We actually want to be able to ask a lot of questions to the dietitian. And get feedback and make sure we are doing things correctly.
