Revit Expert Needed – Resolve Room Bounding Issue in Linked Structural Model

We are looking for an experienced Revit professional to help resolve a room bounding issue in an Architectural Revit model. Problem: We have a Structural Revit model linked into an Architectural Revit model. When placing Rooms in the Architectural model, the linked Structural elements are not being recognized as room-bounding elements, preventing rooms from being generated correctly. Scope of Work: Review the Architectural and linked Structural Revit models. Diagnose why linked elements are not acting as room-bounding boundaries. Configure the models correctly so Rooms can be placed and calculated as intended. Explain the root cause and provide a clear solution. Verify that room areas and boundaries are functioning properly after the fix. Requirements: Strong experience with Autodesk Revit Architecture and Revit Structure. Proven understanding of linked models, room bounding settings, phases, levels, and Revit coordination workflows. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly via screen sharing or direct model review. Deliverables: Fully functioning room boundaries in the Architectural model. Brief explanation of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it. Please include: Your Revit experience. Similar room/space bounding issues you have resolved.
