Rocket League Video Editor Wanted - 40% Revenue Share!

I have a small YouTube channel with about 400 subscribers and I'm looking for an editor who wants to grow the channel with me long-term. Instead of paying a flat rate per video, I'm offering 40% of the YouTube revenue generated by the videos you edit. What You Will Do: Edit Rocket League content into entertaining more professional looking YouTube videos. Help come up with Video ideas. What I Will Do: Provide the footage. Create Ideas/direction for videos. Give 40% revenue share from the videos you edit. Work with you as consistently as possible. I'm looking for someone who has some experience editing gaming/YouTube videos and is interested in building a channel long term My goal is to post 1 long form video every week with other random shorts. I don't need someone who has 20+ years of experience editing, just someone who is good enough to understand how to edit and manage a bunch of footage and can bring a video to life.
