Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer — High-Growth B2B SaaS (Series A Trajectory) We're SurgePoint — an AI-powered revenue platform for med spas and service businesses, automating reviews, referrals, SMS/email campaigns, rebooking, and AI front desk. We're signing new clients weekly, building fast, and raising our first institutional round soon. This is a ground-floor eng seat at a company with real traction, a real product, and a real runway. What you'll do: Work directly with our CTO on our Rails app — APIs, integrations (Mindbody, Boulevard, Zenoti), AI voice features via Retell, and the infrastructure that scales with us. You are: + 5+ years Rails, production-grade + Sharp on API integrations and background jobs (Sidekiq, webhooks) + Top 0.1% in AI-coding expertise + Self-directed — you ship, you don't wait + Bonus: HIPAA-aware, Twilio/SMS experience Why now: The med spa market is massive, underserved, and actively consolidating.
