SEO Specialist for WordPress to Webflow

We are an Australian B2B SaaS platform. We're migrating our website from WordPress to Webflow and need an experienced SEO specialist to ensure we don't lose organic rankings and traffic during the transition. About the project: We have rebuilt our website in Webflow and are preparing for launch. We need an SEO expert to audit the staging site, validate our migration plan, oversee technical SEO implementation, manage the cutover, and monitor performance for 90 days post-launch. What you'll do - Audit the current WordPress site and document baseline metrics (rankings, traffic, backlinks, technical health) - Review and refine our existing URL mapping and 301 redirect plan - Validate technical SEO on the Webflow staging site (meta tags, schema markup, canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals) - Advise on CMS Collection structure for 40+ blog articles - Implement schema markup (Organization, Article, FAQ, BreadcrumbList) - Manage DNS cutover and immediate post-launch verification - Monitor Google Search Console and analytics for 90 days post-launch and fix issues as they arise - Provide weekly progress reports You must have: - Proven experience with at least 2 successful CMS migrations (WordPress → Webflow strongly preferred, or WordPress → any platform with case studies) - Deep knowledge of Webflow's SEO settings, CMS Collections, redirects panel, and sitemap behaviour - Strong technical SEO skills: Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimisation - Experience with B2B SaaS or lead-generation SEO (not e-commerce or affiliate) - Comfortable communicating directly with founders/executives How we work: - Weekly 30-minute sync via Google Meet - Daily async updates via email/Google Chat during critical migration week - Access to Webflow, GSC, GA4 To apply, please include: 1.
