SEO & Website Growth Strategist (Long-Term Partner)

I'm looking for someone to take ownership of the ongoing SEO and website growth strategy for my accounting and advisory firm, Heartfelt CFO & Tax Services. This is not a one-time project. I'm looking for someone who can become the long-term owner of our organic marketing engine. I'm not looking for someone who simply writes blogs or optimizes keywords. I'm looking for someone who understands how to position a business, build authority, improve search visibility, and turn a website into a consistent source of qualified appointments. Responsibilities include: Own and evolve the SEO strategy Develop an ongoing content strategy (not dependent solely on my content) Technical SEO and website optimization Keyword research and search intent strategy Internal linking and site architecture Local SEO Authority building and backlink strategy Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions Recommend website improvements based on user behavior Work alongside my team to implement changes What I'm looking for: Someone who thinks strategically, not just tactically Strong understanding of positioning and conversion—not just rankings Experience growing service-based businesses Ability to explain strategy in plain English Proactive recommendations without waiting to be directed Someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks Our focus: Heartfelt helps business owners gain financial clarity so they know what deserves their attention next.
