Summary

We help local businesses (restaurants, dental, auto repair, salons, home services) automatically reply to their Google reviews. We need an SDR to find good-fit businesses and start conversations. You'll: research prospects by area + category using our admin tool, send personalized first-touch emails (our tool drafts them with real sample replies), follow up on a simple cadence, and log everything in our CRM. We give you the tools, scripts (runbooks), and email — you bring consistency and a human touch. You are: organized, comfortable with light web tools, fluent written English, and don't get discouraged by no-replies. Prior SDR/outreach or local SMB experience is a plus. Commitment: ~20 hrs/week to start, flexible. Contract (1099 / international contractor). Pay: a small weekly retainer for the committed time plus bonuses for every signup your leads bring in (and a volume kicker) — details in proposal; not paid by the logged hour. Strong reps earn well above the floor and move to a larger role. To apply: 2–3 sentences on relevant experience + answer: "How would you get a busy restaurant owner to reply to a cold email?"
