Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Salesperson to grow our presence in the restoration industry across the Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you will be the face of CD One Price Cleaners to restoration companies and other key stakeholders who handle garment and textile restoration after water, mold, and light fire or smoke damage events. You will be responsible for identifying prospective partners, reaching out by phone and in person, explaining our dry cleaning offering, and demonstrating how our pricing, fast turnaround, and 24/7 store access can add more to their bottom line, streamline their restoration workflow, and improve outcomes for their customers. Your goal is to convert these stakeholders into regular users of our service. This is a field sales role combining cold outreach, scheduled meetings, relationship building, and account management. The position offers a base hourly rate plus commission tied to new account acquisition which is all negotiable. Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the restoration industry Present restoration solutions confidently to clients Close sales efficiently while maintaining professionalism and integrity Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and lead generation efforts Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on management Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving sales targets within a remote or outside sales environment Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of motivation Experience in the restoration industry or related fields is very advantageous but not mandatory.
